| Resolution 1. To change Financial End Date June 30 The resolution sought: That the Beneficial Owners resolve to change the Balance date from its current March 31st to June 30th. This change will commence in 2023. Resolution 2. To pay a distribution to owners. The resolution sought: That the Beneficial owners resolve to make payable the full sum of $114,000, the amount trustees have set forward for distributions be paid to beneficial owners by way of a dividend. | |
